Troufa is a bakery and pastry retail shop established in 2010 in Dionisos Attikis. The concept of the shop includes Boulangerie, Patisserie, Chocolaterie, Gelateria and Coffee shop. It operates as a takeaway shop, delivery as well as full service sitting shop providing Brunch and small meals. SwitzGroup invested in Troufa in 2021 with the prospect of expanding the concept in various areas.
The SwitzGroup is currently in nine countries and growing globally everyday.
