Starting in 1992, it is the original ingredients company of the SwitzGroup vertical, and continues to be its largest business. Masterbaker leverages its unique bakery know-how to help customers solve their problems and fuel their innovation.
Masterbaker’s operates out of a 13,000 state-of-the-art Multi temperature warehouse position and is supported by its sister companies Egg Station (pasturized egg), Swan foods (frozen donuts) and Richemont Masterbaker (education).
Egg Station production is being expanded and aims to supply first-rate E.U standard products to 10 countries. We are also the first organization in the region to receive the prestigious HACCP Certification by Dubai Municipality.
Richemont Masterbaker, a bakery and pastry institute launched in partnership with the Richemont Foundation in Lucerne, Switzerland. It’s the only foreign branch of Richemont, which is a fully owned subsidiary of the Swiss Bakery and Confectionery Master Association.
Swan foods is the largest frozen donut facility across Middle East, South Asia and the GCC.
The roof has solar generator panels, the largest in the region.
