Borg’s was established in 1960 in Melbourne as a family business manufacturing specialised, Mediterranean-style, filled pastries known as pastizzis. Today the company operates from a custom-built factory producing filled pastizzis and finger foods. Borg’s is now also one of Australia’s largest producers of puff pastry and shortcrust with products available in all large retail and food service channels Australia-wide.
